I wake to a warm cup of coffee my husband delivers before he leaves for work, I sip that over the early show.  When my cup is empty (about a half an hour later) I get on my bike and ride while whatching TV or pray or both. For 30 minutes.  Heres the big secret though I learned from a personal trainer.  Immediatly after the heart pumping excersise lye down flat on the floor with your lower legs up on the sofa or a chair and lay your arms out straight from your shoulders... (like Jesus on the cross) this is neutral position for your body.  Stay there until your heart rate feels normal. (about 3-5 minutes) This allows much needed oxygen to pump to your brain so get up slowly and have a great day!!!!! If you can't do that try a short walk, something to get the blood flowing.&lt;br&gt;Tomorrow try some vitamins. B6 it a good energy booster. If you haven't seen the sun in a couple days you may be short on D.&lt;br&gt;Or go visit your daughter down at her preschool.
