When I was in college I was running 22-25 miles per run. Crazy.
So yeah...the initial question: 4:30am :)

Does it count if I've got lightning fast mouse finger reflexes?

afternoons on weekends
recently became never
trying to go to mornings
Thanks for the comment. I love the blog, great stuff.
I despise mornings and I don't feel safe going to the gym super late at night.
:-)
Ha.
You know. Wednesday nights are Business Time night.
Just wrote post including you:

i've tried to get into the exercise groove, but every time i have tried, i end up getting busy and never going back. lately i've been trying to keep up w/ the simple task of doing 50 crunches a day and can't even do that. so for now, i'll stick to my wheat/gluten free diet. that seems to be helping me lose the weight, for now.
ran .5 to recalibrate my nike+ (i do it every month) and then busted out a 5k. awesome.
my reasons for running at night:
-its cool
-no one is out
-no one sees my chubby, slow self running. well, not many people see it.
http://13point1.wordpress.com is my running blog.. haven't updated recently, but it's going to get one tonight.
So unless I want to PAY a sitter, I have to wait until evening. Usually around 9 pm.
As much as I hate getting up before 5, I love getting my workouts done in the morning. Right now I work out twice a week early morning to do a kettlebell circuit class. On the weekends the hub and I go road biking. And the other days... I might workout in the evening, or I might not. Most likely NOT.
I'd have to say my timing was great!

I posted some haikus today dedicated to the folks that run the sound at church. (5,7,5 style of course) As usual, the readers ideas were funnier than mine. Thought you might like these that a reader sent in:
"Did you turn it up?"
I lie and say "I did not"
we make a great team
"This song should not rock"
Well, I rock it anyway
we make a great team
"Your guitar seems loud"
"I haven't even played yet"
Okay, I just lied again
"Sometimes less is more"
Sometimes I flip you the bird
When you turn your back.
"Did you flip me off?"
"no"... why do i lie so much?
We make a great team.
Good luck!
I love working out in the mornings, because I feel great the rest of the day.
