Shoes and Inserts.  I started running last summer and my feet just about fell off until I got the right shoes and appropriate inserts.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Don't give up on the weight loss...  Lose the weight and the feet won't take such a beating. I seemed to eat way to much of the stuff that tasted way too good to be good for me.  This week threw off my riding &amp;amp; running too, just by nature of it being a shortened work week.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Next week should be interesting.  It's my birthday next week - anyone have any tips on working off birthday cake?? :)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Still no cokes in my diet - officially 4 weeks ago today since I've had one. Haven't taken ibuprofen in 6 weeks.
