Thanks Los for keeping this going it really helps.
This is when it starts to get tough... everyone needs to be careful to not get down and slow down... we need to keep the excitement going and "bring this challenge on"! Here's to next week!!! Bring on the numbers!!!!! (So, did you really not get on the scale, or just not video it? tee hee...)

I'm at 504 hours and counting of no carbonated beverages. Anybody else feel like they are finally on the verge of kicking this coke habit...
I have lost inches but not weight. Weird!
So I stand here ashamed and in need of some REAL loss. I need exercise, not just calorie cuts. I need God cause I can not do this by myself.
