I started at 176 (about 3-4 weeks before your challenge) but first posted at 172.  I've gotten down to 168.5 ........&lt;br&gt;which brings me to the hardest part:  fighting the cravings.  I'm okay for a few days or even a few weeks, then I start to lose and my body fights to put it back on. Ugh. &lt;br&gt;You asked about advice.  I'm going to assume here that you probably consume more calories in your drinks than you realize.  Starbucks and sodas... tea....You should do some checking and you'd be surprised at the number of calories are in sodas &amp;amp; cadillac coffees. Count drink calories for a few days and you may be shocked. Check it out.  I'd advise you to drink only water and you'd be surprised at how much you would lose. You've done it before.  I did it for about 8 weeks and lost about 20 lbs.  Counted calories like a mother, limiting myself to 2,100 calories/day following a basic 3-2-1 plan (3 parts carbs to 2 parts protien to 1 part fat).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I ran hard for about two years and it seemed to be much more effective at weight maintenance than weight loss.  Eventually your body becomes immune to running or any one exercise that you do repeatedly.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So after the crash diet and years of running, in March I started training and more deliberately found various ways to shock my body.  Accordingly, I'll do weights 3 days a week, a day of plyometrics, a day of yoga or kickboxing, a day of core synergistics, and a day of pickup basketball, plus I mix in a 20 minute ab routine 3 days a weeks and I try to get in 2 five mile runs a week.&lt;br&gt;This training regimen has helped me lose 6-8 more pounds and redistribute weight from fat storage to muscle.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hang in there.  I know how demoralizing the scales can be.  A week of no weight loss can be devestating to the psyche. Often I lost no weight, but those weeks I lost inches all over the place. Go figure. So I suggest you do that. Measure arms, thighs, chest, waist, hips.
