I am lost. I had tried to follow the instructions from the site of Ragamuffin Soul.....but then it got all complicated - and I forgot....chemo brain does not go away quickly....I can barely follow a recipe these days.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I ummmm thought this was a really good way to loose some weight - after chemo therapy most cancer patients LOOSE wieght ....I gained! Go figure. I am also working on drinking more water! Started at 265 last Monday got down to 258 by Friday. Ran 12 miles, drank lots of water and practiced great portion control. Then the weekend showed up.
