Thanks for this Challenge. Keeps me going when I feel like I don't want to run...

    Hey Los,

Great job to both you and Heather! 15 miles is great. I'm not taking part in Ragamuffin Top but wanted to encourage all of you. Two things I wanted to throw in... Cliff is great (natural and organic) GU brand gels are really good as well. Shoes, can't get more important then that man. Nike is fun and they have great gimmicks, but do yourself a favor, check out Brooks and Saucony, both better for running. Again, great job and keep it up!

    That is awesome! Great job!

I am kind of doing something similar called "Fat Ass" diet. I do have a picture of my progress: http://scagliablog.typepad.com/scaglia_family_b...

    Keep up the great posts!

    Dude, that's awesome. Two questions:
    1. How do you and Heather go running together w/ 3 kids? Baby sitter?
    2. And have you checked out www.mapmyrun.com ? It's more than awesome. You'll like it as a runner.

I'm sorry that things are moving slowly as far as the actual weight is coming off... I'm in the same boat and getting frustrated as well, but if I were completely honest (which you know I am) I'm just not eating right still... so how's that going for you? I really wish some people would make some great menu suggestions...

15 miles. man oh man. that's AMAZING.

I hate running. I don't sweat like normal people so I end up overheating and pretty much dying. so I applaud you and heather's running prowess!

Down this week. Phew. If I could just maintain momentum. Get caught up in late night food. Should just go to sleep. Great job on 15. I just don't understand.

Okay I know I am late on this, but I was out of town. So, I ended the first challenge with my friend as a winner. I lost a total of 20 pounds in 2 months. I am so excited about that. I am entering into a new challenge with him which I talk about on my blog. I love the challenges here and with my friend they really fuel my workouts. Thanks Los and everyone else for all the encouragement.
