So, what's up with your site going to RSS style at login?

    I personally hate RSS.

    Just wondering?

    Take care

"go go gadget arms"--that guy was cool!
  • Brad Ruggles · 1 year ago
lol...that was an awesome video! I loved watching Knight Rider growing up but my hero was the guy from Greatest American Hero! You've gotta love a guy who flies into buildings and can never get his landing right but always manages to save the day in the end (sometimes by accident!).

I would have to say that Zack Morris was my hero in grade school, but that was mainly because he dated Kelly Kapowski.

Alex P. Keaton - Family Ties

Gospel Bill! No joke. Or Wichita Slim. Or maybe Commander Kelly. Yep, I was raised on that stuff, and I'll (pretty much) shamelessly admit it.
  • Rachel · 1 year ago
Oh and, I have to echo DJ Tanner. I loved (love) that show.
  • The Brown Kid · 1 year ago
Seriously, I want that video. Did you check the soundtrack that came along with it? How did they avoid copyrights?

When I was a kid my mom asked me what I wanted to be when I grow up. I said, "Michael Jackson". This was during the Thriller years, not when he was charged variously and hanging babies off the side of hotels.

Daisy Duke. I remember being four or five and sitting in the kitchen watching the hands move ever so slowly toward 3 o'clock. I couldn't wait for the show to come on every day. And I had the biggest cruch on Bo Duke. Whew!!

Wade Boggs & Janet Jackson. I played baseball and softball and was a third baseman and way into it. I loved Janet Jackson because she was tough and could really dance. "No my first name ain't baby, it's Janet, Miss Jackson if you're nasty" I rocked out to that tape almost everyday on my purple boom box.

Dorothy Hamill. I met her right after the olympics and had her sign a $2 bill which I later lost - Bummer! I even had the Hamill haircut which was later replaced with a Farrah Fawcett style. (Showing my age, aren't I?)

DC Talk - but it was more of a sick crush on Kevin Max than a "hero" thing - I know, I know

Remember Ultimate Warrior. WWF baby. Thanks for the YouTube trip down memory lane.

Oh yeah, and Michael Jackson too.

Tony Hawk was my hero. Recently, my 10 year old son got to meet him. Unfortunately, I have yet to shake his hand myself...

Maybe that's why I broke my arm at the skate park trying to be a kid again...

Thanks for ruining my hopes, Dale. I was just about to have "my Mom or Dad order now". My birthday is coming up.

My hero, by the way, was Paula Abdul. Ouch. Did I just say/type that outloud?

Ahhhh I'm loving the 80s flashbacks! So in 20 years our kids are going to say??? Who? Hannah Montana? Stars from High School Musical? Please God, don't let it be Britney Spears!
