United is in Jacksonville, Fl at my good friend's church in less than a week - tues, 4/17 - i've got 30 tickets and our youth team has about that many ... taking van loads - can't wait for it!

all the silliness aside... 'Point of Difference' is really a good tune! I've been playing it over and over on my iPod for the past few days and will likely be debuting it at our church at the end of the month.

Hey people, I believe that God has a solution for any "problem" here on earth... Just respect each other!..OK..
Instead of criticizing just pray for Joel Houston that he will have a helper comparable to him.. (and so he can get some 'fashion' advice from her in the near future.....)
And what really matters is the talent Joel has received from above to bless us with...
Furthermore he is very talented, committed and passionated for his Savior, Jesus Christ!

this all makes me laugh so hard.. now really coming from a canadian perspective.. if someone can pull of having a mullet, having long surfer hair, having a motorcycle jacket, wearing pastel sweaters, and playing guitars and STILL looking like a rockstar.. while leading a team of 5 other musicians.. and maybe more.. and still got a crazy aussi accent.. its all good.. I'm sure he'd laugh too. he's just a crazy talented kid anyway who loves jesus

Us Americans need to accept that the Australian culture is a hair bit different then ours and stop being so close-minded.. Isn't that what Christian get criticized enough for right now anyway, being close minded?? I've met Joel, he's a stout guy. I've been to Australia, it's different. You guys chill..

I am so disappointed in you guys!!!! Joel Houston is such an inspiration to so many ppl. He writes amazing songs that help ppl connect with God. His passion for Christ shows from thousands of miles away!!!! So if you guys are Christians and are sitting here critisizing his clothes and hair (which by the way is awesome!!!) you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Take an example from him and go spread the word of God.
