"Raise the Standard"
He teaches the whole book of Revelation in sermon, and it's ALL about Jesus.
Francis Chan's recent teaching called 'Holiness' is pretty awesome too.
Rick Warner- Camp 2006 (Grave Clothes)
I can't decide which I like the best.

I have listened to this sermon more than most CD's I own... it blows me away every single time.
Craig Edwards - Jesus Wept (he preached for 90 minutes on this and all I can say is - WOW! if anyone would like a copy, I have the original)
Anything by Carl Vallance (now deceased)
i have a feeling you do the same thing...
I go into church ready to be changed every week.
This week was Stephen Mansfield, author of The Faith of George Bush.
I'll second Zack and say that Holiness is good one also. Driscoll's Church Planting in Corinth is up there also...maybe this should be a top 5.

Don't google it, you won't find it.
Key Quote: We must never assume because of someone's position and possessions that they have no desire to see the biblical Jesus.

...literally changed my life.
Good seeing you today. At some point we need to do something creative together.

Although he's got quite a few other great ones.
Also love Piper's OneDay 03 message and a few others
my pastor's wife (pat carlson)
it was on noah and being patient and waiting on GOD, it hit me hard, b/c at the time i was dying for my boyfriend to ask me to marry him, that night i let it all go and let GOD take control. that Sunday he proposed!
Matt Chandler - practically anything - but his lab at Catalyst 2007 was ... really awesome.
Others that have always preached awesome messages that always leave me changed: my lead pastor Dino Rizzo (I never tire of hearing him preach), Johnny Green (teacher extraordinary), and Mike Haman (dude can give a great illustrated sermon and great cheesy sayings).
One really memorable one was Louie Giglio at Saddleback's Purpose Driven Worship Conference, 2006 "Let them be amazed"
Jesus when he was asked the greatest commandment.
Sorry if I sound super-chrish.
Anything...its fire and brimstone but there aren't many out there who love you enough to tell you the hard things to hear.
And anything by Erwin McManus.
Rob Bell's "Jesus Wants to Save Christians" also stands out. Can't wait for the book to come out!
Andy's "Red and Yellow, Black and White" helped reshape the way I look at others.
But my current "best" sermon is probably Louis Giglio's "Hope: When Life Hurts Most" sermons. Probably more timing than anything.

Again, more timing than anything, but it made my cry like a baby and reminded me that God is in control of everything and He knows what is best for us even if we don't see it or like it. More than any other single sermon, this one has shaped the lives of my wife and me.
I believe that Andy himself said after this sermon that they should shut down North Point 'cause it wasn't going to get any better than that.
Rob Bell - Living in Tune with the Ultimate Reality (part of the Art of Living Well Series)
my pastor, Robert Morris' on Worship - went from "uh what is worship" to leading worship
Jon Piper's Crap Gospel
May 2006 (I think) - the question throughout the message was, 'Are you captivated by Christ or Culture?'
Perry isn't afraid to say 'anything' that God lays on his heart.
You do not get much better than that ...
Oh a little more recent? Examine Youslf - Paul Washer
